Additional visits can be claimed if the maternity provider carried out 12 or more visits during the postnatal module. The visits can be a combination of home and/or hospital visits.
An example of this:
The maternity provider did 2 hospital visits and 10 home visits, making 12 in total. However, it should be noted that if for example, the maternity provider did 25 postnatal visits, there are no more additional fees to claim.
